Why Blog about Dinner?

This blog is dedicated to my brother, and anyone else who's not sure how to cook but would like to eat better. It's not a cookery class, nor a recipe booklet and not everything will come out well, It's just a log of my adventures in the kitchen, and hopefully a new perspective or some inspiration for next time you stare blankly at a broccoli wondering what to do with it.
